I needed a baton for a costume parade in two days. ArmyNavyUSA guaranteed I'd have it in two days using standard ground shipping. When they realized the order was backordered, they offered me an upgraded model at the original price. They did everything right in how they handled my business. They treated me like a valued customer, not like Med-Tech Resource who treated me like a nuisance and handled every aspect of the order process terribly...needless to say, they lost my business forever! It was a pleasure doing business with ArmyNavyUSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
